The ListView view is the default view displayed when switching to History page. It displays a list of all workflows executions that have been triggered in the past by the logged in user (My History) or by other users (Shared History). The latter is configurable in Administrator → Security → Portal History Permissions. If the logged in user has no permissions configured, the Shared History tab will not be visible.
