Create Workflow

Select a folder and click on New Workflow button from the Local Menu.

A Save As window will open and the user must specify the name of the new workflow .

When finished, click Save. The workflow will appear in the workflows list under Workflows root folder, the workflow will be open for editing and a tab with the workflow name will be added to the Workflow Designer panel.

The final step after editing the workflow is to save it. Click on Close button from the workflow's tab in Workflow Designer.

  • A Caution window will open asking the user to save the current workflow.

  • Click Yes. A Confirmation window will open with the local path where the workflow has been saved.

  • Click OK. The workflow will close in Workflow Designer panel but it will be saved in the local Workflows list.

Open Workflow

Select a workflow from the workflows list and click on Open button from the Local Menu or right click to enable the Context Menu and select Open option.

The workflow will be opened for editing in Workflow Designer panel.


Save Workflow

Select a workflow from the workflows list and click on the Save button from the Local Menu.

Rename Workflow

Select a workflow from the workflows list and right click to enable the Context Menu. Select Rename option to open Rename window.

Type a new name for the workflow. Click Rename.

In Workflows list the display name of the workflow will be changed according to the new name.

Close Workflow

To close a workflow, click on the Close button from the workflow's Designer tab.

The workflow will be closed. The workflow tab will be removed from the Workflow Designer panel.


Delete Workflow

Select a workflow from the workflows list and click on Delete button from the Local Menu or right click to enable the Context Menu and select Delete option.

If any workflows or snippets are opened in Designer mode, a Warning window will open. Click Yes.
