In order to schedule a workflow to execute once, the user must follow the next steps:

• Go to Workflows tab and click on the   icon from the workflow that is to be scheduled
• When the Start Task form opens, fill in the parameters and select Schedule Once tab
• Click the   icon and select a valid date and time to schedule the execution of the workflow

• Check Fallback option if you wish to ensure the execution of the workflow in case of system failure
• Check Visible by all users if you wish the workflow to be visible for other users
• Click Start Workflow 
• Go to Scheduled tab. The workflow will be visible in the Non-Repetitive section exclusively to the submitter user
