  • by right-clicking on a category and choosing the Import workflows option from the context menu.

  • The Select Folder to Upload window will open. Go to the exported folder location and select the folder (unzip the exported folder in order to be visible for selection):

A message will notify if the workflows were imported successfully:

NOTE: multiple workflows can be imported only from a folder which has the same structure as one obtained by exporting a category from Administrator.

IMPORTANT: This feature is not available on Internet Explorer

Import Workflows Zip Package

Users can import the entire content of a category (subcategories, workflows, icons) for future use. After import, the state of the workflow reflects the state of the workflow after export, meaning if a workflow timestamp was active at export, Import Workflows Zip Package will import the workflow and change status to active. In other words, it is an out of the box feature to be used for category staging from one environment to another.

The process of import is made in 2 steps:

  1. Uploading the zip (the upload has no size limit)

  2. Extracting the zip and creating the imported workflows

The Import Workflows Zip Package is possible in root, categories or subcategories:

  •  In root:  This can be done by selecting the Actions button, right-clicking over it and selecting the Import Worflows Zip Package option from the context menu.

  •  In categories: This can be done by selecting the category, right-clicking over it and selecting the Import Worflows Zip Package option from the context menu.

  • In subcategories: This can be done by selecting the subcategory, right-clicking over it and selecting the Import Worflows Zip Package option from the context menu.
