User portal authentication

Authentication is performed using an OTP token and an email address, where token is a password generating system used to ensure customer security and prevent fraud and OTP stands for "One Time Password", i.e., it is a one-time use access pass, requiring you to generate a new password each time you use the portal and after a certain period.
