Admin portal reports page

On the Logs page the user can see logs from the portal via the logging area. The logs assist the administrator in monitoring and resolving problems that happen in the admin and user portal. The information in the logs will help the admin identify errors and provide context on how to resolve issues.

To view the contents of a log file you must select one of the files that appears in the dropdown. The log file contains a description of the error, the date and time when the error occurred.
