The ListView view is the default view displayed when switching to History page. It displays a list of all workflows executions that have been triggered in the past by the logged in user (My History) or by other users (Shared History). The latter is configurable in Administrator → Security → Portal History Permissions. If the logged in user has no permissions configured, the Shared History tab will not be visible.

Workflow Actions

Details - click on hyperlink to open Details window which will provide workflow information:

Restart -click on hyperlink to restart the workflow with the parameters given in the initial execution in the Start Workflow window. The workflow execution will start with no User Interface (this action is not available for Shared History workflows).
View Saved State - click on hyperlink to open Workflow State window which will allow to user to resume the execution of a persisted workflow that failed in the past (this action is not available for Shared History workflows). After clicking on Resume Workflow Instance button, the workflow execution will start from the saved state point in the workflow logic:

Live Tracking - click on hyperlink to open Tracking window. It contains two tabs: Info and Workflow.
- Info - provides general information about the workflow and displays live tracking data for each LogTrackData activity used in the workflow logic:

- Workflow - provides a graph representing the execution status overview. The Workflow tab is visible only for workflows using Workflow Step activities, each Workflow Step activity representing a node in the graph:

Generate Reports

Workflow Report

A report can be generated per workflow by clicking on Detail hyperlink and click on Generate Report hyperlink. The report will be saved as pdf file.

History List Report

A report containing the list of workflows can be generated in different formats from ListView view in History page.
