if the login user is granted administrator permissions in Flowster Studio, the website is opened in Administrator mode, allowing the user to access both Portal and Administrator. The latter permits the user to manage workflows, configure workflow parameters and profiles, configure various settings and items. The primary purpose is to prepare workflows for execution. If the user has administrative permissions, he can switch between Portal mode and Administrator mode.
NOTE: The workflow term refers to a series of sequential tasks that are carried out based on user-defined rules or conditions, to automate the execution of a business process. Workflows are designed in Flowster Designer, managed and configured in Administrator and executed in Portal.
