1.3.3.4. Portal History Permissions
The Security → Portal History Permissions page can be reached by clicking the menu item.
By defining History Permissions , selected users/groups can view the execution history of selected workflows from other selected users/groups in Portal → History page.
This page consists in two main panels: History Permissions and Permissions Info. History Permissions displays a list of all defined permissions. Permissions Info panel displays the permission's configuration.
In order to define a permission, follow the next steps:
- Click the Add Permission button. The Add new permission window opens.
- Type in a permission name.
- Type in a description (optional).
- Select which users(Members) are granted permission to view other users workflow execution history
- Select from which users members can view executions
- Select for which workflows the permission applies
- Click Add to save or Close to abort the current operation.
NOTE: The Workflow Filter list contains all executions of all workflows, including deleted workflows, sorted alphabetically. The format displayed is Workflow Display name (Workflow ID).
In order to edit a permission, click on Edit button from the Permission Info panel:
- The Edit Permission window opens.
- Type in a new permission name.
- Type in a new description (optional).
- Select which users(Members) are granted permission to view other users workflow execution history
- Select from which users members can view executions
- Select for which workflows the permission applies
- Click Save to save or Close to abort the current operation.
In order to delete a permission, click on Remove Permission button from the History Permissions panel.
