The display mode is set after login process as follows:

  • if the login user is granted administrator permissions in Flowster Studio, the website is opened in User mode, but allows the user access to both Portal and Administrator by clicking on Administrator button. The administrator mode permits the user to manage workflows, configure workflow parameters and profiles, configure various settings and items. The primary purpose is to prepare workflows for execution.

  • if the login user is granted user permissions to login on multiple tenant (e.g. user Demo1 is member of a user type security group on two tenants), the website is displayed in User mode and the user is logged in on the Portal of the first accessible tenant. A list of tenants is displayed, allowing the user to switch between tenants.
