Initial settings

After installation to use the Flowster Password Reset Portal correctly some initial settings need to be made in the portal admin.

• As mentioned in the chapter "System requirements" if the customer wants to use the FPR beyond the 30-day trial period a valid license must be inserted, you can see how to perform this process by clicking here.

• You need to configure the mail service so that it is possible to send e-mails to users, for example the "Welcome Mail" sent to the user the first time using the user portal, you can see how to perform this process by clicking here.

• You need to configure the flowster connection to communicate with the Flowster Solutions services, you can see how to perform this process by clicking here.

• You need to configure ssl certificate links and add your own certificates in the SSL area, you can see how to perform this process by clicking here.
