5.2 Install with an existing Flowster Studio Database

IMPORTANT:
This is valid for Flowster Studio databases starting with version 4.8.47. Previous Flowster Studio versions will have to be upgraded to at least 4.8.47 before upgrading to Flowster Studio 5.1.1.
It is highly recommended to backup the existing Flowster Studio databases prior to this type of installation.

The install process is identical to the installation using new databases, with several notes/exceptions:

• When selecting the Flowster Main database from its Browse button, the Flowster Tenant database field will be automatically filled with the first existing tenant database name (lowest ID).
• When pressing Next on the Database settings dialog, the installer will retrieve the product parameters from the selected Flowster Main and Flowster Tenant databases.
• The

  • Flowster Instance areas are disabled.
