The Start Workflow form can be configured per workflow timestamp from Administrator. The configuration refers to the visibility of specific fields in Start Workflow form. 


Workflow Form Configuration 

Go to Administrator → Home and click on the desired workflow timestamp. Go to Workflow Form Configuration tab to check the configuration of the Fallback, View By All Users ( used in the scheduling process) and Comments options. If they are set to ON, the options are visible in Portal for the selected workflow timestamp.

Windows Execution Group Configuration

Go to Administrator → Home and click on the desired workflow timestamp. Check the Windows Execution Group option from Workflow Details tab. If the option selected for Windows Execution Group is Chosen from Portal, in Portal extra fields will be visible in the Start Workflow form for the selected workflow.
