The Security → Portal History Permissions page can be reached by clicking the  menu item.



By defining History Permissions , selected users/groups can view the execution history of selected workflows from other selected users/groups in Portal → History page. 

This page consists in two main panels: History Permissions and Permissions Info. History Permissions  displays a list of all defined permissions. Permissions Info panel displays the permission's configuration.

In order to define a permission, follow the next steps:

  • Click the Add Permission button. The Add new permission window opens.

  • Type in a permission name.
  • Type in a description (optional).
  • Select which users(Members) are granted permission to view other users workflow execution history
  • Select from which users members can view executions
  • Select for which workflows the permission applies 
  • Click Add to save or Close to abort the current operation.

NOTE: The Workflow Filter list contains all executions of all workflows, including deleted workflows, sorted alphabetically. The format displayed is Workflow Display name (Workflow ID). 


In order to edit a permission, click on Edit button from the Permission Info panel:

  • The Edit Permission window opens.

  • Type in a new permission name.
  • Type in a new description (optional).
  • Select which users(Members) are granted permission to view other users workflow execution history
  • Select from which users members can view executions
  • Select for which workflows the permission applies 
  • Click Save to save or Close to abort the current operation.


In order to delete a permission, click on Remove Permission button from the History Permissions panel.
